i know we haven’t gone barricade in a while, we haven’t seen a proper headliner in a while, we haven’t seen them as the va crew in a while. but goddamn i am going to miss the butcher saying hi from behind the kit when he spots me. what a great dude. i really like the animal upstairs stuff and i’m sure he’ll succeed with that and with whatever else comes next…but my heart’s breaking a little here.

My first club tour with Plain White T’s

Oh my fucking God I miss Days Away so hard.

This was the first tour 11:11 A.M. sold bracelets on, met Aileen for the first time, and met The Academy Is… guys for the first time.

I remember being outside of the 9:30 Club and it was soooo hot and Tony had taken us in early to set up. Then I saw Kathleen outside, waving, continuously. Then Dr. J randomly showed up and hung out for a little bit.

Dang, those were the days. Except that I didn’t really know anyone from the VA Crew yet. Any fans, really, unless they were on LJ.

East coast snowstorm
