I am kind of terrified for this. I didn’t start watching Who till between Tennant and Smith (and I watched from Eccleston on, in order), but I kind of knew that all the character arcs would be ending and that there was someone else great waiting in the wings. But to watch them leave in real time, with the rest of the fandom—I’m not used to that.
